Another year is ending and with it goes another year of our service to the Tri-State community. Since opening our doors in February of 1999, we have experienced termed tremendous growth through which we have helped thousands of people with their health care needs. With the end of another year of service, also comes our time to show appreciation to you, our patients. On November 10th we will be holding our annual PATIENT APPRECIATION DAY!!! if you have not attended one of these in the past, then you’ve missed out on a good time. Let us urge you to come and join in on the fun.
This year for our PATIENT APPRECIATION DAY on November 10th, ALL EXISTING PATIENTS WILL GET A COMPLIMENTARY ADJUSTMENT FOR ONLY A $10 DONATION OR 10 CANNED GOODS!!! ALL NEW PATIENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO COME AND SCHEDULE THEIR 1ST APPOINTMENT AND JOIN IN ON FOOD, FUN, AND FELLOWSHIP!!!! ALL NEW PATIENTS WILL RECEIVE A CONSULTATION, EXAM, X- RAYS, AND REPORT OF FINDINGS FOR $10 OR 10 CANNED GOODS THROUGHOUT THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER!!
As always, there will be food, courtesy of Main Street Meats, fun, fellowship, and door prizes!!

All donations and canned goods will go on to the Chattanooga Food Bank. We love giving back to the community that we love and there’s no better time than the season of “Thanks-Giving” to do so.
**As always Medicare patients are welcome to attend however, due to Medicare guidelines and regulations we cannot extend the donation pricing, instead, your cost for your visit will be donated fully to the Chattanooga Food Bank.**
